This full-time locum position offers a fantastic earning potential of £25 hourly, with the contract ongoing for 6 months. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients in intermediate care beds.
* Facilitate patient discharges, ensuring smooth transitions within the community setting.
* Assist with the provision and management of equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with manual handling guidelines.
* Supervise and mentor junior staff, guiding their professional development.
* Drive within the community, carrying and delivering necessary equipment.
* Apply your knowledge to manage conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, dementia, MSK, COPD, and falls effectively.
