Job Title: Marketing Producer
Location: Hybrid (Tues-Thurs in office; Mon & Fri remote)
Remuneration: £36.54 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary, 10 months
Responsibilities:
* Deliver integrated content creation and production projects with minimal assistance.
* Exercise sound judgment to uphold our Core Values & Code of Conduct. Champion psychological safety for diverse perspectives. 🤝
* Evaluate content alignment with creative and technical vision; conduct interviews and screenings for optimal project development.
* Drive and produce content for moderate to high complexity video projects.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop clear pre-production plans, identifying target audiences and potential issues.
* Suggest production styles and techniques while creating digital media products. 🎥
* Build strong relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and third-party resources.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proficiency in partner and relationship management, strategy, planning, and budgeting.
* Strong knowledge of business products and marketing domain.
* Expertise in content management and project management effectiveness.
* Previous experience in e-commerce or merchandising production is highly preferred, especially in go-to-market strategies and marketing launches. 📈
* A passion for storytelling and driving creative visions.
