This is a full-time on-site role located in Glasgow for a Chef of all levels at Cawley Hotels & Restaurants. The Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in various sections of the kitchen. Duties include ensuring high standards of food hygiene, monitoring portion and waste control, ordering supplies, and managing kitchen staff. The Chef will also be expected to create menus, ensure the kitchen complies with health and safety regulations, and contribute to the overall dining experience of our guests.
