Teaching Assistant – KS3 | Special Educational Needs (SEN) | £90–£95 per day | September Start A specialist school is seeking a committed and experienced Teaching Assistant to join the Key Stage 3 team from September. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils aged 11–14 with a range of learning needs, including communication and interaction difficulties and Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC). The Role: Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom under the guidance of teachers and specialists. Promoting pupils’ development across academic, social, emotional and physical areas. Helping to implement individual strategies that support communication, interaction, and self-regulation. Delivering targeted one-to-one or small group support, encouraging independence and confidence. Maintaining a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
