Assessment Delivery Lead

A new exciting permanent opportunity has become available for an Assessment Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role in the delivery of my clients English Language Teaching (ELT) Assessment digital products globally. This role is crucial as digital becomes the core of their future, focusing on both internal and external suppliers to ensure agile delivery of agreed scope.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Manage and oversee internal and third-party engineering and delivery teams to deliver application development, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
2. Partner with Divisional Product Strategy teams and other Technology and Business functions to define and develop Value Stream commitments.
3. Work with delivery partners to embed continuous improvement driven by data and comprehensive delivery processes.
4. Ensure product solutions are delivered on time and within budget, focusing on quality, cost, engineering rigour, standards alignment, and compliance.
5. Collaborate with the architecture team to deliver applications that align with agreed target architecture and standards.
