Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Burnley, Lancashire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Support individual pupils and small groups, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
Prepare classroom resources and materials.
Monitor and track students’ progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
Support the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
What We Are Looking For:
A recent graduate with a passion for working with children.
Any graduate degree will be considered, provided your skills are suitable for the role.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
A positive attitude, patience, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
