About the role
We are seeking to appoint a practitioner who can create and deliver effective strategies that enable SEND pupils across the school to achieve their potential. You will lead the strategic direction and support for pupils with additional needs, working closely with the senior leadership team. Your team will consist of Learning Support Assistants as well as a Pupil Mentor and Dramatherapist. The successful candidate will have successfully completed the NASENCo qualification.

Qualifications and training:
Essential
· Qualified teacher status
· Degree or equivalent
· National Award in Special Educational Needs Co-ordination
· Relevant experience in leading SEND provision
· Commitment to continuing professional development
