Role: Sheet Metal Worker (Full-Time, On-Site – Feltham)
We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker / Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced in sheet metal fabrication, welding (desirable), and precision engineering.

Role overview
We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker / Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced in sheet metal fabrication, welding (desirable), and precision engineering.
Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components to specification
* Operate machinery including press brakes, guillotines, punching machines, and corner notchers
* Interpret technical drawings and hand-drawn sketches
* Carry out TIG and MIG welding (desirable, but not essential)
* Ensure all work meets quality control standards and engineering tolerances
* Maintain a safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in sheet metal work and metal fabrication
* Strong knowledge of bending and fabrication techniques
* Experience operating press brake, guillotine, CNC punch, or fabrication machinery
* Ability to read and interpret drawings
* (Desirable) Experience with TIG welding, MIG welding, and fabrication welding techniques
* Familiarity with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium fabrication
* High attention to detail and commitment to precision engineering
* Understanding of workshop safety
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* (Desirable) Hands-on experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering workshop environment
