Job Title: Social Worker – Adult Mental Health
Location: Halton
Pay Rate: £35 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently seeking a Social Worker in Adult Mental Health team to join our client.
Requirements for the role:
* Complete Care Act assessments for adults with mental health needs.
* Facilitate timely ward discharges in collaboration with hospital teams.
* Submit funding applications to secure appropriate care packages.
* Work with individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental illness.
* Apply knowledge of mental health pathways, legal frameworks, and person-centred care.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* SWE registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK driving license
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
