Within this, the digital communications and engagement space plays a key role in connecting IT with the wider organisation—ensuring that priorities, initiatives, and changes are clearly understood and effectively communicated.

IT Solutions Digital Communications Administrator
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how IT connects with the wider business. You will play a key role in bringing IT to life through clear, engaging, and impactful digital communication, helping colleagues understand, engage with, and support key initiatives.
This role is critical in ensuring that complex information is translated into meaningful content that supports decision-making, drives engagement, and strengthens alignment across teams globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content across digital channels such as SharePoint, internal platforms, and campaigns
* Developing presentations, campaigns, and communications that engage and inform colleagues across IT and the wider business
* Supporting engagement initiatives and adapting global campaigns for IT audiences
* Producing video and visual content to bring messages to life
* Managing and maintaining digital communication channels, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned to standards
* Monitoring engagement metrics and using insights to improve content effectiveness
* Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, audience-friendly messaging
* Supporting wider IT strategy and planning activities through research, reporting, and coordination of projects and workshops

Essential Qualifications:
* Strong written and spoken Business English
* Experience using Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
* Confidence working in a fast-paced, global environment
* A proactive mindset and willingness to support a wide range of activities and projects
