We are looking for a Customer Account Coordinator on behalf of a well-established chemicals business.

What you'll be doing
3. Managing client accounts and building strong, trusted relationships
4. Responding to queries quickly and proactively, anticipating client needs
5. Processing sample requests and production orders using internal systems
6. Keeping clients updated, resolving issues and ensuring high satisfaction levels
7. Coordinating with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch
8. Preparing documentation including shipping paperwork
9. Monitoring back orders and keeping clients informed
10. Maintaining accurate records, SLAs and client specifications
11. Supporting month-end activities including reporting and invoicing
What we're looking for
Essential:
12. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
13. Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks
14. Experience in a customer account coordination role or similar
15. High attention to detail and accuracy
16. Confident using Microsoft Office
Desirable:
17. Experience with stock or order management systems
18. Background in chemical, manufacturing or FMCG environments
19. Experience using Dynamics 365
