A leading Regional Civils Contractor based in the south coast is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join their business. This is an outstanding business with a fantastic pipeline of future works, with a fantastic reputation as one of the paramount prospering businesses in the construction industry. This regional contractor traditionally specialises in a extensive variety of schemes across Hampshire & surrounding areas for private and public framework clients. The role of Senior Administrator will be based out of Head Office in Fareham, Hampshire.
Responsibilities for Senior Administrator
* Regularly monitoring and managing site documentation to ensure filing systems are being utilised correctly
* Monitor and manage company mailbox and phone line
* Consistently update project tracker
* General ad-hoc administrative duties
* Routinely track training matrix's
Requirements for Senior Administrator
* Previous experience within the construction industry is fundamental
* Understanding of ISO9001, ISO4001 & ISO45001
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail is essential
