We are looking for a technically strong Liability Desktop Adjuster to investigate and manage property damage claims (primarily utilities-based), working autonomously and under referral where required.
What you will do as a Liability Desktop Adjuster:
* Investigating and handling liability-led property damage claims (flooding, escape of water)
* Acting as a key contact for major utility clients, managing communication and expectations
* Assessing evidence, identifying suspicious indicators, and instructing experts
* Managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced, growing team
* Maintaining proactive diary management to ensure timely claim resolution
What You'll Need:
* Strong understanding of the claims process
* Excellent investigative and analytical skills
* Confident communication and customer service ability
* Ability to work independently
