Are you passionate about developing future leaders and professionals in business support roles? DN Colleges Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality apprenticeship training in Leadership & Management, Business Administration, and Customer Service.
This is a varied and rewarding role that involves classroom delivery, workplace assessment, and close collaboration with employers to ensure apprentices achieve their full potential. You’ll be part of a supportive team committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning across the region.
This role is across Colleges, Doncaster and North Lindsey
Essential Criteria
* Level 3 qualification in Business, Customer Service or Management.
* Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
* Experience in leadership, management, business administration and/or customer service roles.
* Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging training sessions to apprentices in college and workplace settings.
* Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor apprentice progress.
* Liaise with employers to ensure training meets business needs and apprenticeship standards.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with funding and awarding body requirements.
* Support apprentices with guidance, motivation and progression planning.
