This role is essential for ensuring that maintenance and repair work is performed to the highest standards. **Duties** - Conduct repairs and maintenance across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building work. - Respond promptly to repair requests and emergencies, minimizing disruption to operations. - Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their needs and expectations. **Skills** - Proficiency in multiple trades, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. - Good communication skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - A valid driving license is required for travel between sites.
