Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service at the Golf Academy desk, handling bookings, payments, and enquiries Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the driving range, including opening/closing procedures Operate and maintain ball collection equipment to keep full stock available Promote academy services and upsell to maximise revenue Follow all procedures, health & safety guidelines, and complete required checklists Maintain high standards of appearance, punctuality, and equipment care Support the wider team with additional tasks as needed About you: You will be a well-rounded team player, with a can-do attitude and eye on the commercials.
