Job Description Were looking for Quantity Surveyor to join our Natural Resources team working on our Thames Water framework and looking after a site at East Hyde, Bedfordshire.
Location:Working from home with travel to site at East Hyde, Bedfordshire

As a Quantity Surveyor, youll be working within the Natural Resources commercial team, supporting them in working on the Water Framework for Thames Water. You will assist in the commercial management of the project from ECI to construction phase.
Working alongside the project delivery team, you will ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors.
Having exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
You will manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement and be involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome.
This role of Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:
You hold relevant academic qualification in a Construction related degree
You Hold a full Driving License
Prior experience working in a Commercial role for a contractor
Experience with a variety of contract forms.
