The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join an award-winning Planning & Environmental team in Norwich.
The planning team has a strong national presence and international reach, offering a wide range of high-quality work.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing expert planning advice
2. Handling Section 106 agreements
3. Advising landowners, developers, and local authorities
4. Negotiating high-value contracts
You'll work closely with a well-established Partner, managing a varied caseload across sectors such as environmental and retail.
Requirements:
5. Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years of PQE
6. Experience in a Real Estate/Planning-focused training contract seat or qualification in Planning
7. Experience in Planning, Environmental, Highways, CPO, and Public Access law is desirable.
8. Ambition to work within a leading Top 100 law firm
