*Summary*
We are seeking a skilled MOT Tester to join our team at Prestige German Cars Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting MOT tests on a variety of vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Carry out mechanical work of MOT failures and general servicing and repairs.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough MOT tests on vehicles to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Identify and diagnose vehicle issues during testing procedures.
* Provide detailed reports on test results and necessary repairs.
* Communicate effectively with clients regarding their vehicle status and required work.
* Maintain accurate records of all tests performed and adhere to safety protocols.
* Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to MOT testing.
*Requirements*
* Valid MOT Tester certification is essential.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair.
* Proficiency in using power and hand tools safely and effectively.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle inspections.
* Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
