LAY REPRESENTATIVE OPPORTUNITIES
Lay Representatives will be part of NIMDTA's Quality Management processes with the oversight of Medical and Dental Education in Northern Ireland. The Lay Representative is non-medical/dental and impartial and has a fundamental role of ensuring transparency and adherence to due process.
They will attend events, contribute to discussions and produce reports for the Director of Education/Postgraduate Medical Dean advising on good practice and offering solutions to how medical and dental processes could be improved.
