About the Role
The Field Service Engineer is a vital role that involves traveling to customer locations, installing cutting‑edge broadband, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customers remain connected. You will enjoy the freedom of working outside and experience real job progression, working only 4 days a week (about 37.5 hours). The role is fully trainable; you will receive onboarding, support, and a dedicated mentor.
Responsibilities
* Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers' homes.
* Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.
* Provide exceptional service that leaves every customer satisfied and smiling.
* Work independently with the backing of a supportive team.
