Salary - Up to £45,000 including service charge

What we expect from you:
This is an opportunity for a Senior Sous or Head Chef to carve out a reputation at an iconic hotel and pub with a growing reputation. It's a chance to grow within a successful, friendly & independent hospitality group which encourages your development. With support from the Group Exec, they will expect you to lead the team in cooking interesting, seasonal, local produce in a simple fashion.
They don't strive for awards but if you need a benchmark, they tend to cook at 2 rosette level in their restaurants and 1 rosette in their pubs.
We'll expect you to have good experience of managing a strong food margin and they require good H&S knowledge to ensure their kitchens are always immaculate. You should be a confident but empathetic leader and a team player who brings the best out of their team.
