Family Solicitor – Legal 500 Firm – South Yorkshire
A well-established Legal 500 firm is expanding its Family department and is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive individual to hit the ground running with a varied caseload.
The role will involve:
* Managing a broad spectrum of matters, including divorce, financial remedies, separation, Family Law Act proceedings, civil partnerships, cohabitation disputes, pre/post-nuptial agreements and Children Act cases
* Conducting initial consultations and providing direct representation at court
* Taking part in community and charitable initiatives as part of the firm’s wider values
Key requirements:
* Previous experience managing a full and diverse family law caseload
* Excellent client care and advocacy skills
* A commitment to contributing to both client outcomes and community engagement
