Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Redditch B98
Salary: £12.21 per hour - to be reviewed after 12 weeks
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our client’s growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a temp-to-perm position with long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately inputting sales data into internal systems
2. Progressing and tracking sales orders from entry through to delivery
3. Liaising with internal departments including production, shopfloor, and quality teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
4. Handling customer communications via phone and email, providing updates and support where required
5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with company processes
6. Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as needed
Key Requirements:
7. Previous experience in a similar Sales Administration or Order Processing role
8. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
9. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
10. Confident in liaising across departments and with external customers
11. Good IT skills – confident with spreadsheets and order management systems
12. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
