Role Overview
Due to on-going expansion, we have opportunities for CNC Operators who have experience in operating either Turning or Milling workcentres in a busy and dynamic workshop environment.
Full support will be offered to successful candidates from our shop floor management team, to assist in the adjustment from other machine shop environments.
Our environment is busy and dynamic and the work diverse, interesting and rewarding. Work can range from one-offs through to small batch, repeat work in a variety of materials from ferrous to nickel alloys.

Candidate Profile
Experienced working to tight tolerances and meeting Customers' exacting requirements, with a suitable work history.
Team player with a positive “Can-Do” and methodical approach.
Comfortable working to systems and procedures.
Able to communicate with colleagues and be committed to always helping move the business forwards.
Able to reliably commute.
Pay, Conditions and Opportunities
Hourly rate of pay of £15.54/hour.
Overtime typically 4-8 hours per week – overtime paid at x1.5 and x2.
Pay is reviewed annually – this is a historical, long-standing commitment to the workforce.
Permanent position – all roles within the business are permanent.
38.5 hours basic working week.
Basic hours are Mon – Thu 07.00-15.45 (30 mins unpaid lunch break) and Fri 07.00-12.30.
Opportunity to request to move start time to either 06:00 or 06:30, once inducted.
25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
