Job Title: Talent Management Business Partner, EMEA - Commercial, Data, IP Tech & Trade, Doncaster
This role involves collaborating with Practice Group Leaders and Business Managers within the EMEA CDIT Practice Group to enhance lawyer performance and development, aligned with the firm's strategic goals. Responsibilities include acting as a business partner on engagement, team planning, recruitment, mobility, talent reviews, performance management, career development, and organizational development. The position requires close coordination with various HR and leadership teams, providing high-quality support and advice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand strategic needs of Practice Group Leaders and Business Managers.
2. Coordinate with Talent Management and Recruitment teams to deliver engagement, planning, recruitment, mobility, talent reviews, performance management, career development, and organizational development initiatives.
3. Support integration of lateral partners and provide HR advisory support.
4. Develop and implement people strategies in partnership with leadership teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
* Extensive HR/Talent Management experience, preferably in professional services.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
Personal Qualities: Integrity, diligence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Additional Information: Occasional travel may be required. The role is based in Doncaster, UK, with EU work permit required.
