Job Description:
Opportunity to lead Scott Dunn Private (SDP) as the General Manager, sitting on the Scott Dunn Global Leadership Team. Responsible for SDP financial results, vacation execution, and service delivery, with a focus on growth through networking and partnerships, as well as member retention and operational excellence.
The role involves setting long-term goals, managing financial delivery, and prioritizing guest and team satisfaction. The position oversees growth across the UK, US, and Singapore markets, requiring luxury travel experience.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead a high-performing team, fostering a performance-oriented culture.
* Manage teams across multiple locations (London, New York, California, Singapore), encouraging support and engagement.
* Build strategic partnerships to expand the membership community.
* Oversee sales and service operations, ensuring financial and customer satisfaction goals are met.
* Stay informed on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Optimize pricing and commercial models for profitability and service standards.
* Understand HNW/UHNW customer needs across markets to deliver value.
* Embed and promote the vision for Scott Dunn Private throughout the organization.
* Create measurable objectives aligned with the vision.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Navigate and influence within a matrix organizational structure.
* Represent the brand externally at market events and meetings.
About You:
Experienced General Manager with a background in travel and concierge services, working with HNW/UHNW clients. Minimum requirements include:
* At least 3+ years as a General Manager.
* Minimum of 5 years in travel or concierge industries.
* Extensive experience with HNW/UHNW clientele.
* Experience managing referral or partnership programs for luxury consumers.
* Proven track record of performance.
* Experience working within a global, matrix organization.
