Regional, turnaround and quality expience in elderly care homes is a must. As a Quality & Operations Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership, taking ownership of service performance while supporting Home Managers to deliver consistent, inspection-ready care.
Package & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee multiple services, ensuring safe, effective, and well-led care aligned with regulatory standards.
• Lead audits, inspections, and improvement plans to move services from Requires Improvement to Good.
• Support and challenge Home Managers to improve performance, governance, and accountability.
• Monitor risks, incidents, and trends, embedding learning and ensuring services remain inspection-ready.
About You
• Experience as a Regional Manager, Turnaround Manager, or Senior Home Manager overseeing multiple care homes.
• Proven track record of improving underperforming services within CQC-regulated environments.
• Strong experience of safeguarding, compliance, care planning, and governance systems.
