Part Time Office Administrator

Birmingham: B11

£14 per hour

3 days per week

We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator for our client on a part-time basis. You will provide vital administrative support across multiple areas of the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role offering variety and responsibility, ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple office tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Answering phones and responding to general enquiries.

2. Raising quotes and sales invoices.

3. Maintaining staff training records and booking required training or update courses.

4. Raising purchase orders and updating subcontractor records.

5. Liaising with outside agencies regarding compliance.

6. Filing purchase and sales invoices.

7. Monitoring company vehicles and arranging servicing and MOTs as required.

8. Providing cover for timesheet collation and recording during staff absences or holidays.

9. Performing adhoc administrative duties as needed.

Skills & Attributes

10. Strong organisational and time-management skills.

11. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

12. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

13. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.

14. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
