Duties
* Assist with daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow across departments

* Contribute to the organisation's health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance at all times

* Support in organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when necessary
* Perform any additional duties as assigned by management to support team efficiency
Experience
* Previous experience in agri contracting is desirable but not essential
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
