This person will be responsible for job scheduling and operational coordination for the Seal team. This team involves high standards of service delivery and customer relations and also supports with SLA compliance, resource management and team performance. You will be based in our Stratford Office, liaising with our customers and field technicians to ensure we book installations, pre-planned and reactive servicing work in advance, and attended within a timely manner. You will also be part of a busy team ensuring that all follow up work is completed (e.g, pre-booking permits etc). Working within a small customer contact centre environment with a team of schedulers Answering incoming calls and managing bookings with customers Ensuring optimum schedules for technicians – planning travel time, and any other factors which may impact on installations and servicing Resolving customer queries Supporting the service delivery and billing / finance teams providing MI and reports where necessary What do we look for?
