We’re partnering with a fast-paced, growing SME in Northampton to hire a Management Accountant into a broad and hands-on role with real visibility across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to operations, adding value beyond the numbers, and playing a key role in supporting business growth.
The Role:
* Production of monthly management accounts with clear, insightful commentary
* Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes
* Budgeting and forecasting support
* Variance analysis and performance reporting
* Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
* Supporting process improvements and driving efficiencies
What We’re Looking For:
* Part-qualified or qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
* Strong management accounts experience within an SME or fast-paced environment
* Proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator, able to work closely with stakeholders
* Good Excel skills and systems awareness
