Thrings is a Top 200 Law firm, with offices in; Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Romsey and the Wye Valley.

We are looking for a proactive Administration Assistantto join the Private Property teamin our Lydney office. As a law firm, we support our clients by providing a variety of advice, across several different industries. We are proud of the reputation we have built to date, both externally with our clients and referrers, as well as the inclusive culture and working environment we have across all our offices.

To be our next Administration Assistant you will need to demonstrate that you have the following:

* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Excellent IT skills with experience in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent written skills, with strong attention to detail
* Experience of providing basic administrative support, preferably within professional services (desirable)
* Knowledge of Case Management systems (desirable)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Opening new matters and closing completed ones
* Scanning, archiving, photocopying, file management, client care letters, some typing services and basic finance duties
* Other administration tasks as delegated by members of the Team

It's important that you have experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times, that you're organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
