Based in West Sussex, the role is offered on a hybrid working model.
As the operational lead, you'll spearhead training initiatives for the client’s esteemed engineers, vital for the seamless operation of their products worldwide. From installations to maintenance, your role directly impacts the success of their customers' manufacturing activities.
Reporting to the Global Technical Training Manager, you'll oversee a network of Training Centres, driving the adoption of cutting-edge training programs. Your expertise will shape induction, early career, and advanced technical training, fostering career growth every step of the way.
Operational Excellence: With strong L&D management experience, you'll bring invaluable insight to optimise the training landscape. From governance to assessment, you'll ensure the training operations run like a well-oiled machine, consistently delivering world-class service.
Through audits and feedback mechanisms, you'll ensure our training remains unparalleled, always meeting regulatory standards and exceeding customer expectations.
