This setting is known for its calm, creative, and homely environment—and they’re now seeking a caring and confident Room Leader to take the lead in their baby room. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to take the next step or continue developing their leadership skills within a close-knit, values-led team. The nursery’s large, airy rooms and generous outdoor space support a play-rich approach to learning, with strong emphasis on relationships, emotional wellbeing, and early development.
