Cure Talent are thrilled to be working with medical technology company who specialises in flexible endoscopy across gastroenterology, pulmonology, urology, ENT and surgery. We are seeking a Territory Manager with a strong hunter mentality to drive new business growth across a portfolio of flexible endoscopy products. This is a business development focused role, ideal for someone with the mindset to open doors, win new customers and navigate complex sales cycles. You will be responsible for engaging a broad range of stakeholders within hospitals, delivering product demonstrations, and developing long-term relationships that build preference and trust. The sales cycle typically spans 12 months, so persistence, strategy and a consultative approach are key. Key Responsibilities Include: Proactively identify, target and win new business across your territory Deliver high quality product demonstrations and clinical presentations to a range of hospital stakeholders Manage key accounts through scheduled visits ensuring strong customer satisfaction Maintain and grow pipeline through Salesforce, with clear focus on planning, tasks and outcomes Collaborate with colleagues to deliver on sales projects and objectives What Were Looking For: Experience in capital sales, ideally within endoscopy or a related medical device field Strong track record in new business development and complex, long-cycle sales Strategic and consultative approach to engaging multiple stakeholders in the NHS Based on patch in or around Cambridge, Peterborough or similar locations Full valid UK driving licence
