Work across specialist inpatient areas, including PICU, NICU, cardiac care, and support outpatient services such as neurorehabilitation and sensory integration. Supervise junior Occupational Therapists, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with the Lead OT and wider multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes. Contribute to service development projects and departmental growth. Requirements The successful Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist will have: HCPC registration and a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification. Substantial post-qualification experience, ideally at Band 7 level in paediatric inpatient care. A strong clinical background with evidence of service development experience.
