We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our growing London office! This role is sales based, as you will work towards activity and meeting revenue targets.
Recruitment Consultant - Education
Salary: £32,000-£44,000 per year + Uncapped commission
Address: 150 Minories, London. EC3N 1LS
This is a full time, permanent role, you’ll be working Monday – Friday. Please note this role is fully office based.
Working Hours
* Term time: 2x 9.5 hours (7:00 - 4:30), 2x 10 hours (7:00 - 5:00) and 1x 10.5 hours (7:00 - 5:30)
* Uncapped commission with no threshold.
* OTE £38,000 - £51,000 in year one and OTE £48,000 - £68,000 in year two

The role of a Recruitment Consultant:
* Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate new opportunities
* Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies
* Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants over the phone and interviewing/registering them
* Filling vacancies within an agreed time scale
* Building a pipeline of candidates such as Teachers and Teaching Assistants to ensure you can react quickly to your client's needs
* Maintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationships
* Keeping up-to-date with news and changes to legislation in the education industry
* Reviewing your performance to continually improve
* Previous sales experience or having worked in a target and KPI focused role
* Drive, determination and motivation
* Working towards targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Confident, positive and resilient personality
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport
* Ability to build relationships
