Business Development Manager - Up to £90,000 salary plus Bonus
Our client is a specialist boutique law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, commercially focused real estate legal advice to developers, investors, landlords, and lenders.
They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with established connections across London’s property development and investment market to lead client growth and relationship development.
The Role
* Develop and implement a targeted business development strategy for the real estate practice
* Leverage your network of developers, investors, and property professionals to identify and pursue new opportunities
* Represent the firm at key industry events and networking forums
* Collaborate with partners to win and expand client mandates
* Build the firm’s profile and strengthen its position within the London real estate sector
About You
* Background in real estate business development, working with surveyors, investment brokers, and property consultants in a high-end boutique London agency
* Strong relationships across London’s development and investment community
* Commercially astute and confident in a relationship-driven environment
* Proven track record of generating and managing client relationships in a property practice
The Benefits & Package
* £80,000 – £90,000 base salary
* Up to 25% performance-related bonus
