Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
* Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks as required.
* Utilise Microsoft Office to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, ensuring financial records are up to date.
* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Organise files and maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of information.
* Support clerical functions such as preparing reports and managing office supplies.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Experience
* Previous administrative or office experience is essential for this role.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is a significant advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
