Location: Lewisham, London
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

As a Premises Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating safe, functional, and welcoming school environments. You’ll work closely with our facilities team to ensure that our premises run smoothly while building positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will:
* Oversee all aspects of premises maintenance, conducting inspections and coordinating repairs with minimal disruption to school activities.
* Implement and uphold robust health and safety protocols, including risk assessments and emergency procedures.
* Lead and develop premises and cleaning staff, nurturing their talents and supporting their wellbeing.
* Build collaborative relationships with school staff and maintain open communication with all stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities for environmental sustainability and cost-effective improvements across the premises.
