Job Description Kerakoll believes that a key element of excellence and competitiveness, is to enhance its people by giving back, offering: Hybrid Working (2 days a week) Company events Continuous development Buy / sell holiday Comprehensive portal with: -Discounts on retailers, -Salary sacrifice/loan schemes, -Wellbeing resources & employee assistance programme Job Details General Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday Salary: £26,000 Main Activities Include Maintaining accounts mailbox; Maintaining purchaseledger mailbox; First point of contact for customers – answering phones; Chasing credit control areas; Maintenance of credit control areas; Being credit control buddy to commercial and customer services departments; Cover other credit control areas for annual leave; Posting and allocating cash; Posting and allocating supplier payments; Daily bank reconciliation Cash forecasting; Assisting with processing of company expenses; Maintenance of company fleet and records; Preparing weekly supplier payments; Processing customs declarations for imports; Maintaining and updating shared files with access/log in information to online portals; Maintain Sales & Purchase Ledger files in good and consistent order; Liaising with various departments throughout the business and externally for accounts queries; Investigating and communicating, with internal colleagues and customer’s finance related queries; What are we looking for? Strong communication skills – confident speaking with customers and writing clear emails. Organised and detail-focused – able to manage inboxes, keep records tidy, and double-check work. Team player – willing to support different departments and cover for others when needed. Basic finance admin skills – comfortable with tasks like posting payments and checking bank statements (training can be given). Problem-solving mindset – able to follow up on queries and investigate issues. Willingness to learn – open to picking up new tasks like customs processing and cash forecasting.
