Business Development Manager – HR & Health & Safety Solutions
£155k OTE | Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission | Field-Based (Stockport, Macclesfield & Crewe)


White Raven Resourcing Ltd are acting as a recruitment agency in relation to permanent recruitment services.


Are you a driven B2B sales professional looking to join a market-leading organisation with a genuine opportunity to earn and grow? We're recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of outsourced HR and Health & Safety services, supporting businesses across the UK.

Our client is looking for a confident and consultative Business Development Manager to expand their presence across Stockport, Macclesfield, and Crewe, working with SME clients (30+ employees) to deliver tailored employment law and health & safety solutions that truly make a difference.



What You’ll Be Doing:

* Representing a trusted brand in a face-to-face, consultative sales role
* Covering a defined territory, supported by an internal telesales team who help book qualified appointments
* Proactively generating leads and building strong networks in your region
* Engaging with business owners, directors, and HR professionals to present high-value service offerings
* Closing new business and hitting performance targets in a supportive, team-focused culture



Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

* 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling professional or outsourced services
* Proven success in building relationships with senior stakeholders (business owners, boards, HR teams)
* Confidence in face-to-face selling and a consultative approach to solving business problems
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing your own pipeline and territory

Requirements
You'll have 2+ years in a B2B sales environment, ideally selling professional services to company owners/directors. You'll be able to sell to varying audiences, from business owners, boards of directors and HR Managers. You'll thrive in the face to face sales environment, getting out and seeing prospects to offer value based consultative sales.
