I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious and expanding, nationally award-winning pub & hotel group looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to aid their brigade for their quality gastropub.
Responsibilities include:
1. Assisting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
2. Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes.
3. Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
4. Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
5. Contributing to menu development.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
