Corporate Solicitor - 2+ PQE
A respected and growing law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its established Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will handle a varied caseload of corporate matters and play a key role in delivering high-quality advice to a broad client base.
The Role
Managing a full caseload of corporate transactions and advisory matters from instruction to completion
Providing clear, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice
Drafting and negotiating a range of corporate documentation
Undertaking comprehensive due diligence and ensuring regulatory compliance
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering excellent client care
Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
Working closely with colleagues to meet billing and performance targets
Proactively managing financial aspects of matters, including time recording and fee recovery
The Candidate
Minimum 2 years' PQE in corporate law
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage matters independently
Commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using case management systems and general IT platforms
