OTE: £75,000+ | High earnings

We are recruiting an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join a high-performing estate agency branch in Preston city centre.

This is a hybrid role, however the successful Mortgage Advisor will be expected to work from the Preston branch 3–4 days per week initially to build strong working relationships and a collaborative team culture.

Role Overview

* City-centre office location

* 20–25 appointments per month

* 8–10 mortgage sign-ups

* Average case size £1,800

* High-value property transactions

* Strong pipeline and admin support
