Perfect Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic, hands:on Assistant Manager for a premium, award:winning seasonal inn in a beautiful rural location. This is a great opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional with a big personality to step into a supportive leadership role.
The Role:
- Assist the Manager in daily operations of the inn
- Support and supervise FOH team to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Maintain high standards across food, drink, and service
- Help with staff scheduling, training, and development
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Support stock control and operational administration
About You:
- Hospitality experience, ideally in a food:led environment
- Hands:on, self:motivated, and ready to lead by example
- Big personality with strong communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering excellent food and service
- Calm under pressure and thrives in a busy, seasonal environment
- Ambitious and keen to develop your management skills
