We are looking for a professional and friendly Temporary Receptionist to provide front-of-house and administrative support at our site in Hook. This role is ideal for someone organised, confident, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Greet and direct visitors
2. Answer and manage telephone calls/switchboard
3. Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages
4. Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes
5. Manage boardroom schedules and equipment
6. Provide general administrative support including typing, filing, photocopying, and preparing mail
Skills & Experience
7. Strong communication and customer service skills
8. Ability to multitask and work independently
9. Well organised with a high level of confidentiality
10. Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
11. High school diploma or equivalent required
12. 2–4 years’ previous experience in a similar role
