Aim:
We are looking to employee a Guest services and Quality Assistant to help with day to day guest services activities and checking cottages.
The Company:
The Valley was developed in 2005 on the site of an existing holiday park with the objective of improving the quality of accommodation offered and extending the current season. It is a prestigious 5 star resort consisting of 46 architect designed contemporary cottages set in 13 acres of country valley with restaurant, bar, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and squash courts.
Objectives:
* To take, record and respond to bookings.
* To assist management of onsite activities to improve guest experiences
* To help manage the onsite and offsite guest services.
* To aid the buying of materials essential to keeping The Valleys 5 star standard and continued high customer satisfaction.
* To help manage, update and use letting agents to their full capabilities.
* To help manage the relationship with Suppliers; including Cleaners.
* To help manage the up keep of the cleanliness of the Valley's cottages and facilities.
* To help manage the housekeeping.
Hours of work are 2 - 4 days per week, including every other weekend, 9am – 5pm/6pm
Required Personal skills and qualifications:
The jobholder must hold a current driving license or live very locally.

· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Full clean driving license
· Demonstrable experience of working on own initiative
· Use of a car
