What You'll Do:
Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to students with SEMH and additional learning needs
Build trusting, positive relationships with pupils to support their emotional well-being and academic progress
Manage behaviour effectively using trauma-informed and restorative approaches
Work closely with support staff, pastoral teams, and external agencies to provide holistic care
Foster a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom cultureYou'll Need:
QTS/QTLS (or relevant teaching qualification)
Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs (in mainstream or specialist settings)
A strong understanding of behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
Patience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to inclusive education
The ability to remain calm, reflective and solution-focused under pressureWe Offer:
